90-day expiry by design

Access links expire every 90 days and require client renewal. No passive, indefinite surveillance — the system enforces regular consent check-ins built into the relationship.

Client controls everything

Before sharing anything, clients review a checklist of exactly what you'll see — mood, self-care, sleep, and more. They can toggle any category off. Nothing is shared without explicit confirmation.
