MyBest24 Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: April 29, 2026
MyBest24 is committed to providing a service that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including users who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, and screen magnification.
1. Conformance Standard
MyBest24 aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
2. Measures Taken
The following measures have been implemented across the MyBest24 marketing pages:
- Use of semantic HTML and a logical heading hierarchy.
- Text alternatives for content images. Decorative images are explicitly marked so that screen readers do not announce them.
- Keyboard navigability with visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
- A "Skip to main content" link as the first focusable element on each page.
- Color-contrast ratios that meet WCAG AA for body text.
- Form fields with explicit labels.
- ARIA attributes on interactive components, including the contact dialog.
- Support for the user setting "prefers-reduced-motion."
- Specification of the document language attribute.
3. Known Limitations
We acknowledge the following known limitations:
- The twenty-four-hour day grid in the application is undergoing review for full keyboard parity. Some advanced editing actions may currently require a pointing device.
- Certain chart visualizations rely on color as a primary signal. We are working to add redundant patterns and labels.
- Animated illustrative elements are decorative and are marked as such; they convey no content beyond what is presented in the surrounding text.
4. Third-Party Content
Some elements of the Service rely on third-party services, such as web fonts. Where a third-party service does not meet accessibility standards, we work to provide fallbacks.
5. Reporting Accessibility Barriers
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on any MyBest24 page or feature, please contact us at hello@mybest24.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. We aim to respond within five (5) business days.
Where possible, please include the following information:
- The page or feature at which the barrier was encountered.
- The assistive technology used and its version.
- The browser and operating system used.
- The expected behavior and the actual behavior observed.
6. Ongoing Work
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We test our pages periodically using both automated tools (such as axe DevTools and Lighthouse) and manual testing methods (including keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader review). We prioritize accessibility issues identified through testing and through user reports.
